Maysville, KY – 8,000 s.f.
K4 Architecture and Design partnered with First State Bank on a new retail branch facility in Maysville, Kentucky - an 8,000 sq. ft. bank-owned building that includes tenant space for both Dunkin’ Donuts and Verizon.
A special design consideration is the unique shared lobby space between the First State Bank branch and Dunkin’ Donuts. An overhead roll-up gate allows Dunkin’ to operate during non-banking hours while maintaining security and preserving each brand’s experience. K4 also designed separate egress paths for all tenants to ensure proper circulation and code compliance when the gate is closed outside of banking hours.
The new branch offers a welcoming full-service lobby, private lending offices, and a state-of-the-art conference room with advanced media capabilities - supporting seamless staff and customer interactions. Additional amenities include a 24/7 ATM and a double-lane drive-thru to enhance convenience and accessibility for the community.
First State Bank’s expansion into Maysville reinforces their commitment to strong local banking relationships and continued growth across Kentucky. K4 Architecture + Design is honored to partner with their team to deliver a facility focused on innovation, accessibility, and exceptional customer experience.
