Serving as the central hub for one of Greater Cincinnati’s largest locally owned banks, the facility supports Heritage’s ongoing growth while reinforcing its deep Northern Kentucky roots.
The Burlington location plays a vital role in the bank’s operations, housing executive leadership, administrative teams, and essential support functions for its 19 branches across the tri-state region. With intentional design as the guiding principle, the headquarters embodies Heritage’s values of accessibility,
stability, and community service, all within a modern and efficient workplace.
The design focuses on improving workflow, fostering collaboration, and offering a professional yet welcoming environment. Open office areas encourage interaction, executive meeting rooms provide space for strategic discussions, and flexible training areas support staff development. The layout
