ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Ft Mitchell, KY – 8,160 s.f.

K4 Architecture + Design partnered with Heritage Bank to create a bold new branch in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, strategically relocating from Crescent Springs to 350 Buttermilk Pike. Positioned at the gateway to a $200 million mixed-use development on the former Drawbridge Inn site, the branch offers increased visibility, improved accessibility, and expanded services for customers and employees.

The significantly larger facility accommodates standard banking operations and houses a centralized training department to support Heritage’s growth and staff development. Enhanced ingress, egress, and ample parking prioritize customer convenience, while modern, functional interiors reflect the bank’s community-driven mission.

Located in one of Northern Kentucky’s highest-traffic corridors, the branch is part of a master-planned development by Brandicorp, which includes a continuing care retirement community, major medical offices, and future restaurant and retail spaces. This forward-thinking location strengthens Heritage’s position as one of Greater Cincinnati’s largest locally owned banks and supports its $127 million in deposits at this branch, the third-largest in its network.

K4 is proud to help bring together intentional design, operational efficiency, and a strong community presence in Heritage Bank’s new Fort Mitchell location.
