PAINESVILLE CREDIT UNION
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
North Perry, OH – 3,650 s.f.
Painesville Credit Union’s new North Perry branch marks an exciting milestone for the community-focused financial institution - the first branch expansion in the credit union’s more than 82-year history. Designed by K4 Architecture + Design, the new full-service facility blends traditional Craftsman-inspired architecture with modern technology to create a welcoming branch experience that reflects the credit union’s longstanding commitment to “People Helping People.”
Located along North Ridge Road near Route 2 and just minutes from Lake Erie, the branch was strategically designed with a prominent tower feature to enhance visibility and establish a strong community presence. The client envisioned a timeless architectural style that felt approachable, warm, and connected to the surrounding area while supporting the operational needs of a modern financial institution.
Inside, the branch is designed to provide members with an enhanced banking experience focused on convenience, accessibility, and innovation. Modern technology integration, efficient member service areas, and a welcoming environment support Painesville Credit Union’s continued growth while maintaining the personalized service that has helped generations of local families bank with the credit union for decades.
Founded in 1942 by seven city employees pooling resources to help one another, Painesville Credit Union has grown into a trusted community institution serving thousands of members throughout Lake County. K4 Architecture + Design was proud to partner with the credit union to help bring this important expansion project to life.
